Shipping Terms

Important Notice: Due to sustained long-term losses, this site has shifted to a full-scale clearance operation. All home décor products are being sold as clearance stock while supplies last; these shipping terms constitute the sole logistics policy applicable during the clearance period.

1. Order Processing Time: All orders are processed on the same day. Once a customer completes payment, our staff will handle order verification, stock preparation, and logistics coordination that same day, ensuring no backlogs or processing delays.
2. Shipping/Delivery Area: Logistics services are strictly limited to the United States. We support delivery within the U.S. only and do not ship to other countries or regions.
3. Shipping Duration: The standard transit time is 2 days after shipment. Under normal circumstances, delivery across the U.S. is completed within 2 business days, barring force majeure events such as extreme weather or fluctuations in logistics capacity.
4. Logistics Responsibility: Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the logistics provider is responsible for transit and delivery progress. We will assist customers throughout the process by tracking shipment status and handling any logistics exceptions, package inquiries, or delivery issues.
5. Clearance Logistics Policy: During the clearance period, all logistics operations strictly adhere to the standards outlined above. Expedited shipping, surcharges for remote areas, and special customized logistics services are not available; all orders are subject to standard delivery procedures.
